The thermal field of the semiconductor crystal-pulling furnace is one of the important factors affecting the quality of crystal pulling. Our company starts from the fiber structure, prepares carbon fibers with a hollow structure, and selects carbon fibers of specific diameters based on repeated data tests. At the same time, we also load graphitization catalytic materials. Under the same temperature graphitization, the degree of graphitization is higher. Moreover, we choose a more uniform flat-laid needling process, and the uniformity and consistency of the felt density and thickness are higher. Therefore, the graphite felt made by this technical process has excellent heat insulation and heat preservation performance, as well as excellent oxidation resistance. The batch consistency is high. According to the data comparison, the current heat insulation performance has reached the international leading level.
