1. The gas-phase deposition type electrode felt independently developed by our company is the first batch-produced electrode felt in the industry through CVD process. The specific surface area of the electrode can reach up to 100㎡/g at the highest, and the conventional specific surface area can be 9-15㎡/g. The CNTs grown on the surface of carbon fibers endow the electrode felt with permanent hydrophilicity without deactivation. The electrode material is grafted with pyrrole and pyridine structures that inhibit hydrogen evolution, which can further reduce side reactions. It can be widely applied in various types of flow battery electrode materials.
2. Our company independently developed a highly hydrophobic electrode felt, which is the first hydrophobic electrode felt in the industry to load PTFE and CNTs simultaneously. The specific surface area of the electrode can reach up to 100㎡/g at the highest, and the conventional specific surface area can be 9-15㎡/g. The electrode felt is permanently hydrophobic. It can be widely applied in various types of electrolytic cell electrode materials.
