Our company's composite flexible graphite bipolar plate is the first carbon fiber reinforced flexible graphite bipolar plate in the industry. Under the condition of ensuring an electrical conductivity of over 320 S/cm, it does not break even when bent at 360°, with an anti-compression strength of ≥ 200 Mpa and an anti-bending strength of ≥ 50 Mpa. At a pressure of 0.2 Mpa, the hydrogen permeability is less than 5 x 10-6 cm3/cm2·min. Through the extension of the carbon fiber framework, we have produced the first flexible graphite bipolar plate in China that can be welded at the edges.
