This product is made by first weaving high-strength carbon fiber into a net fabric, then needle-punching it to form a preform, or by layering the net fabric and needle-punching it to create a preform. Alternatively, it can be made using a soft felt as the base material, then subjected to layering, followed by resin infiltration, and finally cured at high temperatures to solidify the resin. After that, it is graphiteized at a temperature of ≥1800℃ to form a hard thermal insulation and heat preservation component. It has strong rigidity, self-supporting properties, a low specific gravity, no short fiber shedding, a low thermal conductivity, and a service temperature of ≤3200℃. It is suitable for various furnace types such as high-pressure gas quenching furnaces, pressure sintering furnaces, silicon carbide recrystallization furnaces, single crystal silicon pulling furnaces, and polycrystalline silicon ingot furnaces. It can be provided in various shapes such as plates, discs, and tubes, with a long service life and easy installation and removal.
Our company can customize graphite felt products according to the different technical indicators requirements and drawing requirements of customers.
