Pure carbon material plates made from expanded graphite under high pressure can be processed into various flow channel structures by die-cutting machines, engraving machines, etc. It features high electrical conductivity, high corrosion resistance, good mechanical strength and low gas permeability. The runner plate is a key component inside a flow battery stack. From the outside, it is usually a flat plate with designed grooves or channels engraved on it. Different designs strike a balance among fluid pressure drop, uniformity of distribution and pump loss. Purity greater than 99%. Tensile strength ≥5Mpa, electrical conductivity ≥200S/cm. The flow channel plates produced by our company have high purity and a density greater than 1.35g/cm2, making their performance more stable.
