High-hardness pure carbon material plates are made by resin bonding, high-pressure repeated pressing, impregnation and other processes of asphalt coke and petroleum coke, and then carbonization and graphitization. They have high electrical conductivity, high corrosion resistance and stronger mechanical strength. It can be cut into various flow channel structures by wire cutting. Under any battery operating conditions, it will not cause foaming problems due to the swelling of the electrolyte or hydrogen and oxygen evolution, and has extremely strong stability.
