Viscose base graphite felt is made from viscose rayon as raw material. It is an excellent high-temperature insulation material. It has the general characteristics of other types of graphite felt and also features low density and low thermal conductivity. It is suitable for use as insulation and heat preservation materials as well as ablation-resistant materials. It is especially suitable for photovoltaic semiconductor crystal pulling furnaces, medium and high-frequency induction high-temperature sintering furnaces, and other occasions with strict requirements for insulation performance. It can withstand high temperatures up to 3200℃ for a long time. Thermal conductivity ≤0.2W/m·k.
